Copper Spray is a universal, separating copper spray lubricant for various equipment elements operated under high loads and exposed to high temperatures, moisture, or aggressive environments. It is used for easy separation of connections after long-term operation. It lifts the coupling of parts under the influence of various factors.
Properties
- Highest resistance to high temperatures
- The copper powder effectively coats the treated surfaces, giving them excellent lubricating properties
- Excellent separating effect for metals and alloys in any combination
- Effectively protects against corrosion
- Excellent adhesion, does not dissolve or spray, even with rapid rotation of the treated surface
- Reduces noise, creaks, and vibrations
- Resistant to hot and saltwater
- Protects against welding of contact surfaces, spikes, and carbon deposits
- Universal
Examples of use
- Repair and noise reduction (squeaking) in all types of brake systems
- Lubrication and corrosion protection of drive shaft joints, spark plug threads, screw connections
- Separating lubrication and protection against welding, burning, and jamming of thermally stressed parts
Application
Remove rust, carbon, oxides, scale, etc., from contaminated contact surfaces. Degrease. Shake the can vigorously. Apply MANNOL Copper Spray in the required amount according to the maintenance manual. Clean the spray head after application.
