ADDINOL PENTA-COOL WS 250 is a mineral oil-free and nitrite-free water-soluble cooling lubricant concentrate (abrasive for steel and cast iron).

FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
Best suitable as cooling lubricant.
Excellently suitable for grinding ferrous materials (steel and cast iron).
NOT suitable for machining aluminium and non-ferrous metal materials.

Metalworking oils

NOTE:
When mixing, add concentrate to the water while stirring continuously, not the other way round!

USE CONCENTRATION:

• Depending on application:
• 3.0% for grinding steel
• 4,0% for grinding grey cast iron

PROPERTIES:

• Nitrite-free
• Improved non-ferrous metal inhibitor for non-ferrous metal cooling systems
• Particularly low foam formation
• After water evaporation, ingredients with an oily consistency remain on the workpiece
