ADDINOL Heat transfer oil XW 30 M 250 consists of high-grade mineral oil raffinates and a combination of active agents to improve the oxidation stability and corrosion protection.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION:

• Excellently suitable as heat transfer medium in heating or combined heating-cooling systems
• Use for a maximum flow temperature of +310°C and a maximum film temperature of +330°C.
• Can be used wherever direct heating is not possible.
• Especially suitable for gentle heating of sensitive or safe heating of hazardous substances in closed systems.
• Can be used for pressureless heating of heat transfer systems in the entire industrial sector: drying and distillation plants, calenders, mixers, extruders, spray towers, autoclaves, presses and rollers.

NOTES:
To avoid oxidative damage to the heat transfer oil, the expansion tank should be pressurized with an inert gas, usually nitrogen. 
For operating temperatures in the flash point range (see table on the back) a nitrogen atmosphere is absolutely necessary!
When changing heat transfer fluids, product compatibility must be observed! Remove old product completely from the system and, if necessary, flush with new product to be filled in.
